2) Senior Professional in Human Resources International: The SPHRi demonstrates your mastery of the strategic and policy-making aspects of HR management as practised in the U.S. The credential is designed for big-picture thinkers responsible for planning rather than implementing HR policy. To be eligible for the SPHRi you must meet one of the following conditions for education and experience:

SHRM Certification

Less than a Bachelor Degree Credential Holder:

  • 3 years experience in an HR role and 4 years experience in HR role for HR-related programmes and Non HR related programmes respective for SHRM-CP.
  • 6 years in HR role and 7 years in HR role for HR related programme and Non HR related programme respective for SHRM-SCP.

Bachelor Degree:

  • 1-year experince in HR role and 2 years experience in HR role for HR-related Degree and Non HR related Degree respective for SHRM-CP.
  • 4 years experience in an HR role and 5 years experience in an HR role for HR related Degree and Non HR related Degree respective for SHRM-SCP.

Graduate Degree:

  • Currently in an HR role and 1-year experience in HR role for HR related Degree and Non HR related Degree respective for SHRM-CP.
  • 3 years experience in HR role and 4-year experience in HR role for HR related Degree and Non HR related Degree respective for SHRM-SCP.

 

4) Global Professional in Human Resources: The GPHR demonstrate that you have the knowledge and skills needed to manage HR challenges in a global marketplace.

Requirement

To be eligible for the GPHR you must meet one of the following conditions for education and experience:

  • Have at least two years of experience* in a global professional-level HR position a Master’s degree or higher,
  • Have at least three years of experience* in a professional-level HR position (at least two in global HR) a Bachelor’s degree, OR
  • Have at least four years of experience* in a professional-level HR position (at least two in global HR) a high school diploma.
