Is this Certification Right for me?

This Certification is ideal for anyone who desires career growth in the HR Profession. It is the first of its kind and the most ideal for professionals who desire a career switch or who will like to pursue a career in Human Resources. It requires no basic experience in Human Resource. The aPHRi certification is your one-stop resource for starters to learn the nuts and bolts of HR. This certification does not require mastery of labour laws and regulations. It is ideal for students, fresh graduates, young managers and HR Professionals in their early careers.

Am I Eligible?

You must have finished high school diploma or its equivalent to be eligible for the aPHRi. No HR experience is required since this is a knowledge-based credential.

PHRi Certification

(PROFESSIONAL IN HUMAN RESOURCES INT’L)

Is this Certification Right for me?

The PHRi Certification (formerly the Human Resources Business Professional™ or HRBP™) is appropriate for Managers and Leaders who are currently working in Human Resources or are responsible for employees in their businesses. It validates professional-level competency. The PHRi Certification equips you with the mastery of generally accepted technical and Operational HR Principles across the globe. With critical focus on Talent Acquisition and Management, Managing HR Technology, Employee Relations and Engagement strategies, Compensation and Benefits design and deployment. The knowledge gained will help you maximize the effectiveness of your own HR program.

Am I Eligible?

You must have at least one year of experience in a professional-level HR position + a master’s degree or global equivalent or Have at least two years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent or Have at least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school diploma or global equivalent.

SPHRi Certification

(SENIOR PROFESSIONAL IN HUMAN RESOURCES INT’L)

Is this Certification Right for me?

The SPHRi Certification is ideal for HR Leaders who are faced with the responsibility of positioning their organization as a Market Leader in a competitive marketplace. The SPHRi (formerly the Human Resources Management Professional™ or HRMP™), is for International HR Leaders. The Certification validates senior-level HR competency and mastery of generally accepted HR principles required in strategy, policy development, service delivery and measuring the impact of HR initiatives across the Enterprise.

Am I Eligible?

To be eligible for the SPHRi you must meet one of the following conditions for education and experience:
Have at least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a master’s degree or global equivalent or Have at least five years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent or a minimum of seven years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school diploma or global equivalent.
In addition to any of these qualifications above, the SPHRi requires exam writers to document knowledge of local employment laws.

GPHR Certification

(GLOBAL PROFESSIONAL IN HUMAN RESOURCES)

Is this Certification Right for me?

GPHR is ideal for HR Leaders who desire to gain mastery in HR Competency needed to manage HR challenges in a global marketplace. The certification is also ideal for HR Leaders Championing global expansion in their organizations or HR professionals or Leaders who are required to perform HR Functions that cut across local borders. The GPHR demonstrates your expertise of multinational HR responsibilities, including strategies required to develop and deploy global HR Policies and initiatives that support organizational global growth.

Am I Eligible?

To be eligible for the GPHR you must meet one of the following conditions for education and experience:
Have at least two years of experience in a global professional-level HR position + a Master’s degree or higher, or Have at least three years of experience in a professional-level HR position (at least two in global HR) + a Bachelor’s degree, or Have at least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position (at least two in global HR) + a high school diploma.

*A Global HR experience is defined as having direct cross-border HR responsibilities for two or more countries or regions.
